分散航班流量 桃機擬採尖離峰費率

桃園國際機場現在尖峰時段航班過多，離峰時段又顯得空蕩。桃機公司今天(25日)表示正在研擬新版的尖、離峰降落費，希望將部分尖峰航班分散到離峰時段，預計明年下半年實施。

根據統計，桃園機場現在尖、離峰航班起降數量差異很大。上午9時到11時及下午4時到6時是尖峰時段，航班起降數都比跑道容量多，平均多出約3個航班，增加班機的等待時間。不過，桃機在離峰時段，跑道又顯得空蕩，通常都還可再容納十幾個航班。

由於來台觀光客逐年成長，桃機公司預期未來機場尖峰時段的航班起降會更頻繁，因此研擬訂出尖、離峰降落費差別費率，希望將一些尖峰時段航班分散到離峰時段。桃機公司副總經理魏勝之說：『(原音)方向當然是希望把尖峰區隔開來，然後希望把尖峰的航機能夠吸引到離峰去，不過這滿複雜的，因為涉及到對岸另一端的時間帶，因為時間帶也是一個重要的問題。』

桃機公司預計在明年上半年提出尖、離峰降落費研究案，可望在明年下半年實施。航空公司則表示，目前還不清楚桃機公司調整尖、離峰費的方式，所以無法評估是否會將尖、離峰降落費的差異反映在票價上。
