站務員罵客 桃機國光站道歉

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園機場25日電）國光客運桃園機場站務員今天與準備搭車回台北的老婦人口角，民眾錄影上網，桃機國光客運副站長道歉，指將進行懲處。

70多歲老婦人凌晨0時許在桃園機場第一航廈準備搭國光客運返回台北，站務人員以已經下班為由，沒賣她票，雙方發生口角，有民眾當場拍攝錄影，並向媒體投訴。

桃園機場國光客運王姓副站長下午出面鞠躬道歉，她說，這名站務人員服務7、8年，發生這種事很不好意思，會對站務員進行懲處。

王姓副站長表示，桃園機場站務營運至凌晨0時30分，但老太太凌晨0時40分至售票處購買票，站務人員告知已經下班，請她至5號候車處，用投幣的方式直接上車購票即可。但凌晨1時，加班車的司機是新來的，忘了帶零錢箱，才會告知旅客要至櫃檯購票，其中發生誤解，站務員才跟老婦人口角。1021125
