老人用藥風險高 志工下鄉演戲衛教

台灣知名藥廠在果陀劇團協助指導下，在今年成立「說故事。傳健康」衛教志工隊，將生硬的衛教知識轉化成生動的戲劇，將陸續前往苗栗竹南等地的偏鄉地區公演，希望能減少老人錯誤的用藥觀念。

苗栗地區目前為台灣老年人口比例前五高的縣市，但每一萬名居民，卻僅有不到20名醫師來照護，不僅醫療資源差短缺，更由於教育程度低，每4位就有1位不識字，更使得學習正確衛教知識的環境雪上加霜，急需外界協助。

「說故事。傳健康」衛教志工隊負責人台灣拜耳林達玲總經理表示，成立說故事衛教志工隊的目的，除了讓志工同仁更瞭解社會的真實需求，透過戲劇的訓練，將醫藥觀念融入生活情境中，提醒長輩正確的醫療知識，更能快速吸引長輩注意力，讓其瞭解正確用藥對健康的重要性。
