提升教學領導 培訓百名校長

（中央社記者魏紜鈴台北28日電）教育部今天說，為培育高級中等以下學校校長教學領導知能，9月、10月規劃辦理教學領導種子培訓課程，共百名校長參與。

教育部師資藝教司說明，中小學教師專業發展評鑑辦理7年多，逐年培訓各類評鑑人才（含初階評鑑人員、進階評鑑人員、教學輔導教師），已建立各類評鑑人才制度雛形，並型塑學校評鑑文化。

師資藝教司指出，其中除發現教學觀察與教學檔案實施，可有效協助教師省思教學歷程，提升教學品質，促進學生學習成效外，也同時發現校長的教學領導知能是推動教師專業發展評鑑與教師評鑑不可或缺的重要條件。

教育部去年開始規劃校長教學領導培訓課程，今年委請台北教育大學辦理校長教學領導的種子人才培訓，於今明兩天和10月5日、6日在高雄市獅甲國小，及10月19日、20日、26日、27日於台北教育大學辦理兩梯次，每梯次各4天培訓課程，共有100名校長接受培訓。

教育部說明，這次課程主要請直轄市、縣市政府教育局處，選派具教師專業發展評鑑初階評鑑人員研習的校長參加，重點在校長如何運用教師專業發展評鑑規準正確實施教學觀察，以了解教師班級經營、有效教學及教學技巧的策略應用。1020928
