（中央社記者蔡和穎台北28日電）外交部長林永樂今天表示，外交部一貫要求同仁確守行政中立原則，有關駐美代表處新聞組長王億是否懲處，將按程序研議。

王億在「華盛頓郵報」（Washington Post）網路貼文內容，引起民進黨立委質疑。民主進步黨籍立法委員蕭美琴說，立法院長王金平解職程序未確定，駐美代表處官員卻公開稱「前議長」，非常不妥。

林永樂下午出席「2013亞太文化日」開幕典禮時，對於媒體詢問外交部是否懲處王億，作上述表示。

林永樂說，駐美代表金溥聰及駐美代表處發布的新聞稿已針對事件明確說明，並提到不會再讓類似情事發生。

他表示，外交部要求同仁行事合乎行政中立，也會請駐外館長監督。1020928
