涉違法吸金4億多元　共犯賴奐辰押解返台

【陳啟明／桃園機場報導】以玻璃基板（素玻璃）產業看好為由與友人設立科技公司的賴奐辰，日前在全國各地舉辦20多場說明會，誘導不特定民眾投資公司股票，但最後公司又在2001年11月宣告倒閉，違法吸金4億多元，1000多人受害，隨即潛逃中國。
 
調查局表示，賴男落腳於上海開設「真鍋咖啡館」，警方透過「海峽兩岸共同打擊犯罪與互助協議」機制，在上海公安協助下，終於緝獲賴嫌，並於今天下午3時許，搭乘長榮航空BR711班機押解返台。
