黃世銘鞠躬道歉　承認監聽立院總機

【丁牧群／台北報導】立委踢爆特偵組監聽立法院總機後，檢察總長黃世銘今晚9時30分親自在特偵組舉行記者會，90度鞠躬向全國民眾致歉，原因是特偵組誤以為0972開頭門號是立院公費供柯建銘辦公室助理使用的手機號碼，沒想到監聽的真的是立院0972開頭的節費電話總機，但特偵組代發言人楊榮宗今上午記者會仍堅稱「沒監聽立院總機」，黃為此道歉。
 
但黃強調，由於監聽設備無法監聽到節費電話，因此得到的0972監聽錄音帶「是空白的」。黃世銘花了5分鐘念完道歉稿並鞠躬道歉後，一轉身就離開記者會場，有記者大聲問他「是否考慮下台」，但黃並未回頭。
