前鄉長遭通緝逃往中國　今押解返台

【陳啟明／桃園機場報導】涉嫌圖利借牌圍標友人183萬元的嘉義縣溪口鄉前鄉長52歲劉邦詩，經高等法院判刑有期徒刑4年6個月、褫奪公權3年定讞後，隨即在最高法院宣判後潛逃上海，遭嘉義地方法院地檢署發布通緝。
 
調查局表示，劉邦詩潛逃中國後，由親友接濟維生，因擔心遭逮捕，不時更換租屋處，最後透過「海峽兩岸共同打擊犯罪及司法互助協議」，劉男在上海被公安查獲，今天下午3時許，押解返台。
