立院遭監聽 藍委：比水門案更嚴重

立法院遭監聽，所有撥出電話遭「一網打盡」，就連執政黨立委也無法容忍。國民黨立委蔡正元今痛批特偵組違法、失職、濫權，指檢察總長黃世銘是「沒有牌照的特務」，應儘速「自我了結」請辭。

他表示，黃世銘知法犯法，「為了抓搶黃燈，自己闖了好幾個紅燈。」特偵組的監聽行為形式合法、實質違法，不僅「違憲」也是「藐視國會」，遠比水門案更嚴重。黃世銘陷國民黨、馬英九總統於不義，「（馬）有這種部下還需要敵人嗎？」
