立法院三讀　勞委會升格為勞動部

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院下午三讀通過《勞動部組織法》，現有的勞工委員會將升格為勞動部。勞動部掌理勞動政策規劃、國際勞動事務合作及研擬，勞工保險、退休、福祉的規劃、管理及監督，還有職業安全衛生與勞動檢查政策規劃及業務推動的監督等。

勞動部的次級機關，包括勞工保險局，執行勞工保險、就業保險、積欠工資墊償等事項；勞動力發展署，執行業務訓練、技能檢定、就業服務等；勞動基金運用局，統籌管理各類基金；職業安全衛生署，統籌政策規劃並執行職業安全衛生、勞工健康、職業病防治等事項。

勞動部另外也再特設勞動及職業安全衛生研究所，負責辦理勞動及職業安全衛生研究業務。

《勞動部勞工保險局組織法》、《勞動部勞動力發展署組織法》、《勞動部勞動基金運用局組織法》、《勞動部職業安全衛生署組織法》、《勞動部勞動及職業安全衛生研究所組織法》等相關組織法，下午也都三讀通過。
