英格蘭銀行維持基準利率不變

英國央行--英格蘭銀行(Bank of England)今天(9日)宣布維持歷史低點的基準利率不變，而且在貨幣政策方面繼續採取量化寬鬆(QE)，刺激經濟成長。

英格蘭銀行的貨幣政策委員會(MPC)今天決定將基準利率維持在0.50%不變；並將購買英國金融機構資產的規模，也就是量化寬鬆政策，維持在3,750億英磅(6,170億美元，4,540億歐元)的水準，繼續投入現金，促進金融機構間的借貸往來。

自從2009年3月以來，英國央行一直將利率維持在歷史低點的0.5%。
