歐洲、英國央行將開會 市場估利率不變

歐洲與英國央行即將於當地時間9日召開利率會議，分析師多認為兩國均將維持現行利率水準於0.25％及0.5％不變，但歐洲央行會後記者會與英國前膽指引備受市場關注。

券商普遍預期歐洲央行第一季有機會釋出刺激政策，摩根士丹利預期歐洲央行第一季可能將基準利率由0.25％調降至0.1％，加拿大皇家銀行與美銀美林證券則認為，歐洲釋出新一波長期再融資操作或中小企業融資方案的可能性較高。

英國央行則可能調整前瞻指引設定的門檻，摩根大通預估，就通膨與經濟成長預估來看，2014年英國央行仍將維持利率水準不變，預料2015年初才會收緊貨幣政策。
