失業男餓到犯案 檢察官掏錢救濟

37歲邱姓竹科男失業，年關難過，一度想吃牢飯，警方移送後，檢察官許大偉看了不忍，除諭令請回，還掏腰包拿一千元給他，鼓勵他在最短時間內找工作，讓生活步入正軌。> 「我好幾天沒吃飯了，餓到受不了。」邱在今年元旦凌晨3點，走進竹北市博愛街一家連鎖超商，手中握著3張百元玩具鈔，露出半截，讓店員誤以為他有錢。> 他從架上拿2個便當要求店員微波，當場狼吞虎嚥吃掉一個便當，還拿了一包香菸，結帳時，他告訴店員「我沒有錢」，並吐露因失業，年關難過。> 店員原本想「算了」，僅要求他退還尚未開封的香菸，這時，邱馬上拆封香菸，店員傻眼，決定報警，警方偵訊後依詐欺罪移送。> 檢方複訊時，邱向檢察官許大偉說，老家在屏東，但已沒臉回老家投靠家人，跨年夜又餓又冷，忍到受不了才到超商拿便當吃。他說，原本在科技公司上班，失業3個月，仍找不到工作，存款也用光，心想「如果被抓，就乾脆吃牢飯」。> 許大偉見他全身髒兮兮，身上仍穿著公司外套，外貌談吐斯文，勸說，「你年輕力壯，怎可如此潦倒」，鼓勵他振作，到就業服務站填資料、找工作，並掏一千元鼓勵他用最短時間找工作，說「錢不必還，將來有能力，可以還給國家、社會。」
