食管法協商陷僵局 藍不肯簽字

立法院今天休會，但攸關人民食品安全的食品衛生管理法草案未列入院會議程，引發輿論批評。立法院朝野黨團今天下午再度針對第56條「舉證反轉條款」條文協商，原本堅持的民進黨立委尤美女最後退讓，由條文改為「附帶決議」，並督促行政部門研議；另增列第三項，地方政府必須積極協助消費者透過消保團體進行訴訟的道義條款。

綠營表示，唯一一條沒共識條文最後尤美女已退讓、妥協，但國民黨團協商代表卻中途離場，至下午五點半仍不肯簽字，協商依舊陷入僵局。

不過，即便朝野最後達成共識，但因食管法未排入今天的議程，因此最快必須下會期處理，本會期無緣三讀。
