通保法修正 警政署：尊重

立法院今天三讀通過「通訊保障及監察法部分條文修正案」，警政署晚間表示，修法期間已充分表達維護治安、打擊犯罪之責任與決心，對於修法結果予以尊重。

警政署表示，已要求刑事局研擬後續作為，等法律公布後就會據以執行通訊監察工作，落實憲法保障秘密通訊自由及維護社會治安穩定。
