遭求愛美女消防員　曾當小三遭判刑

【法庭中心／綜合報導】有「正妹分隊長」之稱的台中市豐原消防分隊前分隊長童雅黎，前年遭謝姓男英文老師控告侵占、竊盜等罪，起因謝男看到童女介入同僚婚姻當小三，攻佔媒體社會版，謝男起了憐愛之心，開始示愛、追求，才引發謝男、童女互告官司。
 
32歲的童雅黎，身高171公分、體重54公斤，亮麗外表、甜美笑容，但她卻被控當「小三」，搶同學張維真的老公、也是打火兄弟的王佑仁，2人在2011年11月，到南投的汽車旅館開房間，童女因此被告妨害家庭，最後以1百萬元與張女和解，雲林地院依妨害家庭罪判刑4月，緩刑2年確定。童女一度遭停職，但2012年10月已復職。
