租超跑拍戲若擦撞 由租借人賠

其實很多偶像劇、廣告或MV都會找租車業者租名車當道具，像藝人張孝全最新廣告，就跟業者租一輛價值400萬的保時捷跑車，張孝全說，在超跑旁玩網球壓力很大，擔心不小心砸到賠很大，業者說，偶像劇或廣告租用跑車會特別謹慎，但也曾經因發生擦撞糾紛，當然維修費還是得由租用劇組自行買單。

400萬保時捷借廣告拍攝，雖然廣告中只是擺在街頭當道具，但張孝全在超跑旁玩網球，一個不小心球砸到擋風玻璃一角，他多緊張，不得不謹慎，就怕租來的超跑有差錯，得由租借者自己買單。

偶像劇中男主角開的這一輛名車也是租來的，除了偶像劇、廣告，不少mv中出現的名車幾乎多出租車，但因出借名車拍攝引發的糾紛時有所聞。

除了擦撞糾紛，超跑出借拍攝一輛車價值約減少20～30萬，也就是說超跑並不會因出借，有大明星加持身價往上攀，反而因出借次數頻繁身價溜滑梯。
