（中央社記者黃麗芸台北29日電）「2013世界廚王台北爭霸賽」今天落幕，4天賽程共計產生11位廚王，台北市長郝龍斌也出席閉幕式，向得獎者祝賀。

郝龍斌致詞表示，除了恭喜獲獎的選手外，對於辛苦的評審團及來自全台展現蔬果雕等各項技藝表演的師傅們，也獻上最大敬意；同時勉勵其他參賽選手再接再厲，一同為提升廚藝及發揚中餐飲食文化努力。

郝龍斌表示，希望各國在每屆廚王爭霸賽都能前來參賽切磋廚藝，用美食文化為台北市激盪出炫麗火花，讓台北餐飲水準更上一層樓，藉由競賽活動結合觀光產業，帶動台北多元的都市活動。

主辦單位指出，廚王爭霸賽得獎名單，個人組的「個人廣東料理組」由澳門吳柏年奪得冠軍；「個人川菜料理組」冠軍則為台灣李昆明；「個人江浙料理組」冠軍則是澳門蘇曉舜取得。

團體組部分，「職業團體組」冠軍由台灣饌巴黎大飯店隊池一明、黃正福、江奇隆、杜佳穎奪得。

另外，「校園團體組」冠軍則由台灣高雄餐旅大學隊陳儀倫、賴宗岳、林宥鈜、沈靖芳取得，他們獲知奪冠消息後，感到相當興奮，不僅為校爭光，辛苦準備也有回報。1020629
