聞父親死訊 精障男毆傷醫師遭法辦

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】有中度精障的蔡姓男子（47歲），今晨得知父親去世的惡耗，竟對告知死訊的謝姓醫師（28歲）說：「你叫我來，是要跟我講這件事嗎？」接著揮拳傷人，造成醫師頸部及手部挫傷。
 
蔡男事後說，因一時情緒失控才會動手，很後悔。男子母親說，兒子很孝順，應是無法父親過世才會這樣。由於蔡男情緒不穩，儘管蔡男母親及親友不斷安撫，但警方考量到蔡男有傷人行為，事後召來救護車強制就醫，全案依傷害罪嫌函送法辦。
