【短片】北檢：無羈押必要　白狼百萬元交保

竹聯幫大老「白狼」張安樂遭通緝逃亡17年，今天返台遭解送台北地檢署歸案，北檢召開偵查庭後，認定張安樂無羈押必要，諭知張安樂以100萬元交保，限制出海出境。

北檢表示，張安樂於1996年間涉犯恐嚇取財、組織犯罪條例、偽造有價證券等罪嫌，逃亡遭通緝至今，恐嚇取財部分超過追訴權時效，而組織犯罪條例、偽造有價證券部分，非最輕本刑5年以上之重罪，不符合羈押要件，且17年間共犯已偵查終結或判決確定，無羈押必要，因此諭知張安樂以100萬元交保，限制出海出境。
