台南國際芒果節 盼為產業加分

【大紀元6月29日報導】（中央社記者楊思瑞台南29日電）2013年第1屆台南國際芒果節今天在走馬瀨農場開幕，台南市長賴清德等人為超大型芒果冰揭幕，盼台南芒果產業持續發展。

賴清德在致詞時表示，芒果是台南最珍貴、產量最多、品質最好的水果，有「夏日紅寶石」之稱，國內外好朋友來台南，就能吃到最好吃的芒果。

他說，台南出產的芒果種類有幾十種，遊客到台南還可以吃到台灣最早出現也是最好吃的芒果冰沙，還有芒果布丁等芒果創意產品。希望國內外的民眾多多捧場，使台南芒果產業發揮最大效益；辛苦的農民得到直接幫助，貿易商也能賺錢，並帶動地區觀光產業。

2013年台南國際芒果節活動今天起至7月7日在走馬瀨農場舉行，規劃芒果加工品展售區、芒果造型工藝DIY、精品農產展售廣場、芒果主題館、芒果烘焙暨熱帶水果館、芒果青DIY製作、創意芒果糕點展售等活動。
