謝長廷質疑國共平台 陸委會：政黨交流非壟斷

【王家俊／台北報導】針對前行政院長謝長廷率台灣維新基金會參加香港「兩岸關係的發展與創新」研討會，提出兩岸交流不應等同國共交流的質疑，行政院大陸委員會晚間發布新聞稿表示，兩岸政黨間交流活動，能夠促進彼此良性互動，是民間交流的一環，也是民主社會常態，沒有被誰壟斷的問題，涉及公權力事項，仍須回歸政府制度化管道處理。陸委會指出，國共之間黨對黨的意見交流，自2005年即已開始，對促進兩岸交流深化與務實對話，扮演一定的角色，執政黨對相關政策的建議僅為政策參考，是「以黨輔政」，沒有「以黨領政」的疑慮；政府對於任何政黨投入兩岸交流或提出兩岸關係建言，都表示歡迎。
