特偵濫權　蔡正元：黃世銘下台比較好

【綜合報導】特偵組爆出濫權監聽，甚至連立法院總機的電話也違法監聽，引發藍綠立委撻伐，要求檢察總長黃世銘下台。

國民黨立委蔡正元，在臉書上發文痛批黃世銘「為了抓搶黃燈，自己闖了好幾個紅燈」。認為黃世銘在未傳訊王金平的情況下，就草率簽結刑案，後來又說王金平關說只有「行政不法」，等於又宣判王金平只有「政治道德不當」，沒有違法的行為。蔡正元痛批黃世銘在偵結前就先向馬英九報告，簡直就是「陷馬英九於險境」。

另外，立委劉櫂豪在立院質詢黃世銘，竟用一張監聽票，就可以監聽全民吃到飽，簡直就是「視法律如無物」，蔡正元甚至痛批黃世銘根本就是一個「沒有牌照的特務」，呼籲黃世銘還是下台比較好。
