偷3500元菸　男遭罰18萬

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名44歲陳姓男子，日前騎機車行經1家雜貨店時，見無人看店，竟心起貪念，潛入雜貨店後方倉庫，偷了總價3500元的5條香菸，隨後便騎機車揚長而去；店家事後發現遭竊，立即報警抓賊；警方調閱店家監視器，根據陳男所騎乘機車號碼，將陳男逮捕歸案。
 
陳男見證據確鑿，只好坦承犯案，除賠償店家所有損失，今天還被宜蘭地院依竊盜罪判處6月徒刑、得易科罰金18萬元，實在是得不償失。
