監察院長王建煊今天表示，有關於張通榮案，他是挺身出來伸張正義，就必有接受不公義的準備，只要正義得以伸張，自已雖是受傷累累，也是心安理得。至於外界關注他是否請辭，他說「辭職，連想都沒想過，沒有做錯事，為什麼有辭職問題？」
