打招呼起嫌隙 毆拳打死同事

(中央社記者邱俊欽桃園16日電）桃園縣陳姓、古姓2名工人因細故起嫌隙，陳男憤而毆打古男致死；警方今天將陳男依殺人罪嫌移送法辦。

桃園縣警察局中壢分局表示，33歲陳姓男子與古姓死者為建築工地同事，平常在租屋處一起喝酒聊天，但也因經常言語不合，發生口角。

警方表示，陳、古兩人昨天晚間找同事聊天時，古姓男子因為不理陳姓男子打招呼，再度起嫌隙，陳男憤而出拳攻擊古男頭臉，又抓古男頭部撞牆，導致古男倒地不起。

同事以為古男休息後即可起身，沒想到經發現不對時，古男已經氣絕身亡。

陳姓男子隨即遭警方逮捕，警詢後依殺人罪嫌，移送桃園地檢署偵辦。1020816
