葉兩傳涉A鑽石交保 檢提抗告

（中央社記者劉世怡台北16日電）廣告人葉兩傳、賴郁芬被控向外商公司借市價上億鑽石後，侵占不還。北院昨天裁定各200萬元交保，檢方不服，今天提起抗告。

全案起因比利時外商公司指控，去年7月到12月出借鑽石給葉兩傳與同居女友賴郁芬辦展覽，但事後卻有市價上億元的20多顆鑽石未歸還，外商公司認為葉及賴涉嫌侵占而提告。

台北地檢署14日指揮刑事警察局國際科，搜索葉兩傳辦公室、住處等5處，傳喚葉兩傳、賴郁芬等6人到案。承辦檢察官訊問後，認為葉、賴有滅證、串供、逃亡之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見，但台北地院認為相關證人已具結，限制出境等強制措施可保全程序進行，沒有羈押必要，裁定兩人各以新台幣200萬元交保，並限制出境、出海。

檢方指出，葉兩傳已買機票，有出境計畫，賴女也積極聯繫洽詢買家出售鑽石，證據顯示已有部分鑽石出售，且兩人對於鑽石下落至今仍不願說明，仍有湮滅證據及勾串共犯、證人之虞。

檢方認定，兩人仍有羈押必要，理由還包括兩人社會地位及財務狀況，潛逃出境的機會高，也有逃亡之虞，而且鑽石價值太高，為確保追回鑽石，因此，決定提起抗告，建請高院撤銷北院的交保裁定。1020816
