男子涉竊 騎贓車到警局被捕

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南16日電）台南市1名李姓男子涉嫌偷竊機車，接到警方通知後，竟騎著贓車到派出所說明，雖辯稱熱昏頭騎錯車，仍被移送法辦。

台南市警察局第一分局今天指出，德高派出所8月間先後接獲2件機車竊案通報，且都在同一地點。警方懷疑經常在附近出沒的列管治安人口李姓男子涉案，便通知他到派出所說明。

警方指出，李姓男子昨天騎著1輛紅色輕型機車到派出所，眼尖員警發現這輛機車就是第1件竊案中報失的車輛，當場人贓俱獲。

警方指出，李姓男子向警方表示，因為天氣太熱導致頭昏腦脹才騎錯車，願意向車主致歉並歸還。但警方查出，李姓男子自己的機車是白色的重型機車，外觀有極大差別，騎錯車應該只是推拖。

警方指出，李姓男子否認與另一件機車竊案有關，警方將繼續追查，訊後將他依竊盜罪嫌移送台南地檢署偵辦。1020816
