九月馬王政爭持續延燒，監察院長王建煊今天與媒體茶敘時表示，台灣國會整天只會打架、杯葛、對抗、協商，結果一事無成，朝野兩黨立院龍頭難道沒有責任嗎？他說，國民黨上屆在立院席次超過3/4，但卻被民進黨1/4掐著脖子走，王金平的圓融、協商，堪稱罪魁禍首，早該辭職下台，以謝黨國。

監察院長王建煊今天說，司法關說事件，民進黨鞭柯建銘老神在在，民進黨一片護短，有這樣的在野黨，台灣人民能不悲哀嗎？

立法院長王金平因涉司法關說，遭國民黨考紀會撤銷黨籍。

王建煊今天與媒體茶敘說，這次司法關說事件，放火的人除了立法院長王金平，更重要的放火人是民進黨的大黨鞭柯建銘，但柯老神在在，民進黨除了一片護短外，看不出一點內疚與自省，「有這樣的在野黨，台灣人民能不悲哀嗎？」。
