王金平聲請假處分 雙方鬥法

王金平聲請假處分和緊急處置案，台北地院下午開庭，王金平的律師指出，已有立委連署發函基於國會自律原則，要求中選會暫緩註銷王金平的立委資格，且立法院下會期有服貿協議、核四公投爭議、及中央政府總預算等重大議題待討論，此時立法院沒有龍頭，將造成社會動盪，法院應儘速裁准假處分案。

但國民黨的律師陳明有備而來，他當庭拋出到底是王金平的政治生命該受保護？還是對司法信賴該受保護？他說，本案該回歸本質，王金平確實為個案打電話給曾勇夫，對司法威信造成傷害，合議庭如果認為司法的公信力該受保護，而不是王金平的立委職權該受保護，那就請駁回王的假處分聲請。
