假處分案 王金平願提841萬元擔保金

王金平聲請禁止中選會將國民黨撤銷黨籍證明書送達立法院及續行國民黨黨員職權假處分案，台北地院開庭，王金平的律師團表示，王金平願提出841萬元（每月月薪32萬多元乘以2年5月的任期），或是以本案得上訴第三審的最低金額165萬元提供擔保，請求法院核准假處分。

國民黨的律師陳明認為，國民黨的聲譽受損，損害抽象，很難計算損害額，但國民黨願提供反擔保金，請求法院駁回假處分案。
