美眾院杯葛健保，政府可能關門

美國政府更加逼近「關門」大限。眾議院共和黨議員已決定拒絕接受參議院所通過的臨時預算案，並將另行提出使「歐記健保」延後一年實施的新案。共和黨領袖在舉行閉門會議後表示，眾院將在28日下午對上述新議案進行表決。由於此案通過後還須再送參院，而民主黨掌控的參院可能不會接受，如此一來臨時預算案非常可能無法在九月卅日之前通過，屆時聯邦政府將於十月一日「關門」，這是1996年來首次發生政府「關門」情況。
