特偵組疑違法監聽　法務部將表明立場

【呂志明／台北報導】針對特偵組違法監聽立法院總機、以及疑違法監聽高檢署檢察官林秀濤12歲女兒等與案情無關人士一事，法務部將於11時20分召開記者會對外說明。

民進黨立院黨團前天驚爆特偵組違法濫權，竟掛線監聽立院總機「0972630235」四個月；特偵組昨試圖解釋，但說法一日數變，據了解，法務部將以特偵組上級單位身分表明立場，同時可能成立調查小組進行調查。
