坐擁逾40房產　陜西「房姐」被判刑3年

【綜合報導】中國陝西省靖邊縣人民法院，今晨對「房姐」龔愛愛一案作出一審判決。被告龔愛愛涉嫌偽造、買賣國家機關證件罪名成立，依法判處有期徒刑3年。龔愛愛在庭上並未表示是否上訴。

擁有逾40房產的，龔愛愛被控以「龔仙霞」、「龔愛愛」等虛假戶籍資訊，委託公安在山西省為其辦理兩個虛假戶口，並藉此辦理了兩個居民身份證；又出資委託他人為自己和女兒非法買賣兩個北京戶口，構成買賣國家機關證件行為。

偵辦單位查遍龔的資金來源，發現主要是煤炭經營收入、房屋租金、工資收入和借款。專案組在偵查期間，未接到關於龔愛愛非法集資、非法吸收公眾存款以及合同詐騙的舉報，未發現其他犯罪線索。
