上海自貿區　今正式掛牌

【綜合報導】上海自由貿易試驗區9月29日上午將正式掛牌，14時30分將召開情況說明會，由商務部、國家發改委等官員進行簡報。對外經濟貿易大學國際經濟研究院副院長莊芮對中新網稱，「設立上海自貿區的意義不亞于當年中國在深圳設立特區」。

中新網稱，東亞銀行、滙豐銀行、渣打銀行等外資銀行已準備在上海自貿區內設點。有中國學者認為，自貿區金融改革有助於上海國際金融中心的建設，使上海成為人民幣全球中心。但也有保守意見認為，自貿區的金融改革比較謹慎，種種市場預期的資本流動不可能一下子放開。
