上海自貿區今天將掛牌成立

上海自由貿易試驗區將在今天掛牌成立，根據國務院公布的總體方案，上海自貿區可以在人民幣資本項目可兌換、金融市場利率市場化，和人民幣跨境使用方面先行先試，並將推動金融服務業，對符合條件的民營資本和外資金融機構全面開放。

上海自貿區範圍，包括上海外高橋保稅區和上海浦東機場綜合保稅區等4個海關特殊監管區域，總面積28.78平方公里。
