人夫與小三同住　被告通姦不起訴

【突發中心╱基隆報導】同住不代表通姦！基隆市1名男子與妻子不睦，1年多前獨自在外租屋，妻子見夫長期未歸，好不容易找到丈夫的租屋處，卻見他與1名東南亞籍女子同住，氣得告2人通姦、和誘，但夫辯解女子僅是房客，並無曖昧關係，檢方因無具體證據，決定不起訴。

檢警調查，高姓男子（51歲）與妻子娘家有生意往來，後來發生債務問題，連帶影響夫妻感情，他1年多前開始減少回家次數，後來更在外租屋鮮少返家，妻子懷疑丈夫有小三，透過親友打探到丈夫在某社區租屋，決定親自尋夫。
