中國退運美國基因改造玉米

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】基因改造食品受到更趨嚴格品管，根據《華爾街日報報導》，今年來中國已退運了約1/4美國進口玉米，約54.5萬公噸，規模達歷史最高水準，主要因為發現玉米中有未經審查通過的基因改造成分。不過，中國糧食產量可能使中國的糧食進口需求減弱。中國國家糧食研究人員說，中國今年玉米產量估計為2.15億公噸，可能較2012年增加5%，不過中國政府未公布產量。
