日月光K7廠停工裁處書今午送達

日月光公司K7廠涉嫌排放廢水污染，排放廢水資料又涉造假，高雄市環保局昨天勒令停工，裁處停工的處分書今天(21日)送達。

日月光公司K7廠涉嫌排放廢水污染的情節重大，高雄市環保局昨天以K7廠違反水污法第73條第六款、第七款和第八款規定，裁處K7廠會產出鎳污染的晶圓製程生產線停工。

裁處停工的勒令停工行政處分書昨晚以雙掛號寄發，今天中午送達廠方，由收發文處簽收。

員工表示，他們今天正常上班，廠方主管在近中午時曾公告部分生產線會暫時停工，但不影響員工的工作權益，要大家安心工作。

日月光半導體企業工會常務理事莊瑞文表示，公司向員工說明停工期間的員工勞動條件完全不變，工會也要求不得損害員工權益，所有員工都正常到班和交接班，「當做沒有發生停工一樣」。
