無照運將撞死人 嗆會轟烈報復

（中央社記者黃意涵台北21日電）無駕照的楊姓計程車運將闖紅燈撞死人，出庭還怒嗆關出來會對社會轟轟烈烈的報復。台灣高等法院判他有期徒刑2年4月。

根據高院判決書指出，楊姓運將去年11月間，開車行經台北市塔悠路與八德路4段交叉路口時闖紅燈，把李姓機車騎士撞的人車倒地後，因煞車不及，又向前碾壓對方，導致對方傷重，送醫後仍不治。

楊男於台北地方法院審理時，辯稱自己並無闖紅燈，是開到一半時交通號誌突然故障亂跳，從綠燈突然轉變成紅燈，他並嗆聲，「如果我這次進去關，我出來絕對會對社會轟轟烈烈的報復」、「我覺得陳進興、林來福這幾個人做的都太小兒科了」。

法院勘驗路口監視錄影光碟，認定楊男確實闖紅燈，又未注意車前狀況，另以報復社會為手段來要脅司法，犯後態度惡劣，依業務過失致死罪，判處有期徒刑2年4月；楊男不服，提起上訴。高院審理後駁回上訴，全案還可上訴。1021221
