阿湯哥告周刊「遺棄舒莉」求償15億　庭外和解

【李世珍／綜合報導】好萊塢明星「阿湯哥」湯姆克魯斯（Tom Cruise）控告美國2家八卦雜誌報導他「遺棄女兒舒莉」、求償5千萬美元（約15億元台幣）的官司，今達成庭外和解，但雙方視和解內容為機密，均未透露和解條件。
 
阿湯哥去年7月與凱蒂荷姆斯離婚，舒莉撫養權歸凱蒂，阿湯哥則有探視權。他離婚後接連在冰島、英國拍片，舒莉則和媽媽定居紐約，包爾出版集團旗下擁有的周刊《Life & Style》和《in Touch》先後指控他遺棄舒莉，對女兒不聞不問，他盛怒之下去年10月向包爾集團提告，並求償約15億元台幣，還附加誹謗名譽與侵犯隱私。
 
雙方透過委任律師達成庭外和解，會自行負擔法律費用，包爾集團也發出道歉聲明，「並非有意傳達湯姆克魯斯遺棄女兒的訊息，若有讀者從報導中解讀成這樣的看法，公司深表遺憾」。
