聽古典音樂的雞　產蛋量激增1倍

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】經營農場20年的英國農夫萊德山姆（Steve Ledsham）最近意外發現，他養的雞聽了古典音樂後，雞蛋產量激增1倍。

英國《每日星報》報導，萊德山姆近日因為興建籠舍，都會放音樂自娛，「都是歌劇和古典音樂，不是那些排行榜亂七八糟的歌。」雞舍中20多隻母雞也順便陶冶了性情，本來每隻雞每周約生4顆蛋，聽了古典樂可生8顆蛋。

萊德山姆認為，雞隻聽了柔和的古典音樂，有助放鬆心情生更多的蛋。他已經將這個方法推薦給其他農夫。不過他說，沒試過播放流行歌曲，「牠們聽了麥莉希拉（Miley Cyrus）的歌，也許反應會不同。」
