佛朗哥頭造練拳雕塑 挨告

（法新社馬德里29日電） 西班牙藝術家梅禮諾（Eugenio Merino）之前把前獨裁者佛朗哥裝進冰箱裡，現在他把佛朗哥的頭做成立式拳擊速度球（punching ball）。

36歲的梅禮諾為了立式拳擊速度球「擊打佛朗哥」（Punching Franco），被全國佛朗哥基金會再度告上法院。

「擊打佛朗哥」是個矽膠製、戴墨鏡的佛朗哥頭，以彈簧連在地面的基座上

梅禮諾告訴法新社：「對於遭受壓制卻從未贏得正義的人們，這是種抒解的方式，一種淨化。」

1976年佛朗哥死後一年成立的全國佛朗哥基金會（National Francisco Franco Foundation）對此不以為然。

由佛朗哥獨生女87歲的瑪莉亞（Maria del CarmenFranco y Polo）主持的基金會11月控告梅禮諾，要求1萬2000歐元（約1萬6000美元）損害賠償，外加訴訟費用，並宣告基金會的名譽因這件「怪誕且無禮的」雕塑而受損。
