基本工資調漲 1月起時薪增6元

根據行政院勞工委員會公告，自明年元旦起，勞動基準法規定時薪制基本工資將調漲6元，修正為每小時新台幣115元。台北市勞動局今(29)日呼籲，屆時事業單位應配合進行員工薪資修正。

台北市勞動局指出，勞動基準法規定之時薪制基本工資自103年1月1日起，修正為每小時新臺幣115元；月薪制基本工資自103年7月1日起，修正為每月新台幣1萬9273元。

台北市政府勞動局長陳業鑫說，此次調漲較原本時薪109元，增加6元；較原本月薪1萬9,047元，增加226元，分別漲幅約為5.50%、1.19％，事業單位應該預先準備配合這項政策。

陳業鑫說明，明年1月1日起將先適用按時計薪人員，如工讀生、部分工時人員，尤其聘僱較多時薪制人員之業者，如超商、量販業、餐飲業，應特別注意發放。另外，勞工退休金或資遣費之平均工資也需納入計算調整，而勞工保險、全民健康保險、勞工退休金提繳費用也應一併調整，以符法令規範。
