2毒蟲被逮　辯：工作不順一起吸毒舒壓

【王勇超／高雄報導】三民一分局今日表示，轄區十全二路與安東街口附近一間民宅經常有陌生人聚集吸毒，本月12日警方前往查緝，在三樓1間房間發現住戶郭姓油漆工人（42歲，有毒品前科）及友人陳姓男子（39歲，有毒品、妨害風化前科）神情慌張，並在房間陽台外隔壁屋頂，發現1個黑色零錢包，經帶同郭嫌共同檢視，內有2小包海洛因，含袋共重1.1公克。

郭嫌向警方坦承海洛因為其所有，為躲避查緝，才將毒品丟至隔壁屋頂上。另警方搜索時，在房間內發現安非他命吸食器1組，友人陳嫌坦承所有，一併遭警方逮捕。郭、陳供稱，因工作不順，經濟壓力過大，才一起食用毒品紓壓。訊後被依違反《毒品危害防制條例》送辦。
