夜店服務生酒後騎車　婦人過馬路遭撞死

【林金聖／台北報導】台北市1名在夜店工作的21歲郝姓男子，今日清晨下班後酒後騎乘機車返家，行經八德路、北寧路口時，撞上1名過馬路的89歲何姓婦人，何婦經緊急送醫急救仍因傷重不治，郝男酒測值0.4，被警方帶回偵辦。

郝姓男子向警方表示，自己沿著八德路向西行駛，在北寧路口等紅燈，因為帶著全罩式安全帽視線有死角，根本不知撞上甚麼東西，只知道發生車禍，自己也受傷了，所以不知撞上的人情況如何，會喝酒是因為工作上的需要，發生事情後覺得很後悔，警方訊後依公共危險罪及過失致人於死將郝男移送法辦。
