馬年看衰　8成民眾有房事困擾

【張菱育／台北報導】據樂屋網調查，約有49%網友認為馬年生活不會好轉，房價不斷攀高，薪水不動甚至連年終都沒著落，對房市有關心及有困擾的網友高達80%。而北部民眾的購屋意願明顯低於中南部，購屋意願最高的是中部45%、其次為南部41%，北部為38%；另外在預約看屋統計發現北部(台北、新北、桃園、新竹地區)佔比已少於50%，打破長期以來北重南輕的市場狀態。

全台購屋預算部分，62%的民眾購屋預算降到500萬元以下，2013年網站上待售物件的預約看屋狀況，有42%看屋民眾鎖定在500萬元以下的物件，其次則為500~800萬元物件佔30%，顯示對高總價物件願買單的民眾愈來愈少。
