軍法移司法 劉冠軍續行通緝

（中央社記者劉世怡台北13日電）軍審法修法後，今天進行最後一波移交案件及移監。士林地檢署證實，國安局前出納組長劉冠軍案，去年已移交並續行通緝。

劉冠軍被控侵占國安密帳基金逾新台幣1億9000萬元，涉及洗錢、貪瀆，在民國89年潛逃出境，遭軍方通緝。

士林地檢署表示，軍方去年8月間第一波移交案件及移監時，就已收到劉冠軍案並續行通緝。

陸軍下士洪仲丘死亡案引發軍審法修法，現役軍人在非戰時犯罪回歸一般司法機關偵審，去年8月15日進行第一波移監，移監人數約250人，今天進行最後一波移監共74人。

除移監外，軍方今天有約450件案件移交給司法機關。其中受矚目案件包括世界銀行前副總裁林毅夫、女軍官葉玫等案，法務部官員指出，分別收案的金門高分檢及台中地檢署將依卷證資料決定是否續行通緝。1030113
