軍犯交接順利 軍監將整修再使用

法務部次長陳明堂表示，軍法移司法第二階段移交作業今天展開，上午法務部所屬監獄完成接收65名服刑中的軍事人犯，另外在押嫌犯9人由司法院接收。

陳明堂說，前金門馬山連連長林毅夫叛逃案是否繼續通緝，依犯罪地管轄權原則，交由金門高分檢審查後決定。

陳明堂表示，國防部將於1月17日將台南軍監和桃園八德看守所，移交法務部管理，法務部接收後，必須再整修或整建後才能使用，短期內無法立即紓解其他監獄超收人犯的壓力。他指出，雖然多了監所，但戒護人力不足，無法馬上補充，在補足戒護人力以前，將先從現有人力調配戒護工作。
