洪仲丘案羈押 陳毅勳律師抗告

軍檢偵辦士官洪仲丘猝死案，今天 (29日)借訊在押的269旅戒護士陳毅勳，陳的委任律師孔令則表示，昨天已經針對羈押提抗告狀，原因是檢方提出的串供、涉案法條有爭議，律師認為無羈押必要。

孔令則指出，檢方開偵查庭時，洪家告訴代理人 (律師)也在場，這樣可以讓被告充分向家屬表達事實，同時讓社會明白真相。

洪家義務律師顧立雄表示，禁閉案沈威志是有責任的，他在案發前，上午7點就批准洪仲丘到269禁閉室的公文，而且公文寫的是「禁閉」，法規很清楚規範士官不能送禁閉，所以沈威志批公文的動機很可疑。
